Cancellations: in case of a cancellation, we do not charge anything if it's done 48 hours prior to your arrival. In case of cancellations made between 48 hours and 0 hours, we will charge only the first night of your stay. 

Minimum price guaranteed: our prices are constantly brought up to date and are posted by the hotel itself using its own system, always offering you the direct prices between the hotel and the clients without intermediaries and without commission.

Secure system SSL: We will only ask you for your basic information in order to make the reservation, your information being processed by the SSL technology, used also by the banks.

Minimun price guaranteed

The Montecarlo Hotel guarantees you the prices you find in our online reservation system are the best prices available. If you make a reservation in our web page, and if within 24 hours after the reservation you find a better price available to the public in an other web page, the Montecarlo Hotel will charge you the cheapest price and we will give you an additional 10% discount.

Is it applicable to all the prices?

The best price guaranteed by the Montecarlo Hotel is applicable to published prices to the public in general on the web. It is not applicable for groups, special contracts, tour operators, association members, etc...

How do I send a claim?

If you find a cheaper fare than the one booked on our web in the past 24 hours, you will have to send a Best Price Guaranteed claim to our Reservation Center. We suggest you send an email or fax 972 25 57 03 with evidence you found a cheaper fare, which should show the fare rules and restrictions and upon availability. Our reservation center will make sure the information is correct and will contact the client about the new fare.
