If you make a reservation in our web page, and if within 24 hours after the reservation you find a better price available to the public in an other web page, the Montecarlo Hotel will charge you the cheapest price and we will give you an additional 10% discount.

How do I send a claim?
If you find a cheaper fare than the one booked on our web in the past 24 hours, you will have to send a Best Price Guaranteed claim to our Reservation Center.
