Spring arrives in Roses with one of its most anticipated gastronomic events: the Roses Tapas Route and DO Empordà Wine.
For ten days, from March 13 to 22, 2026, this event transforms the town into a true paradise for lovers of good food, wine, and a festive atmosphere.
What is the Tapas Route?
The Route is a gastronomic tour through the most emblematic bars and restaurants in Roses, where each participating establishment creates a special tapa for the occasion. These offerings range from traditional tapas of fish, seafood, rice, vegetables, or meat, to more innovative fusion cuisine and exquisite desserts.
What makes this experience unique is the combination of local gastronomy and wines from the region: all tapas are served paired with wines, muscatels, and sparkling wines from the renowned DO Empordà.
Price and duration
Each tapa —already a highlight of the season— has a fixed price of €3.50, including a “zurito” (small glass) of DO Empordà wine or water to accompany the tasting.
During these ten days, you can freely explore the different venues, enjoy their creations, and combine them as you like. The experience is designed for both visitors and residents of Roses.
