The Tapas and DO Empordà Wine Route 2025: A Gastronomic Festival in Roses
From March 21 to 30, 2025, Roses will be the epicenter of local gastronomy with the ninth edition of the Tapas and DO Empordà Wine Route. For ten days, 81 establishments in the city will offer special tapas paired with wines from the region, creating a unique gastronomic circuit. Participants will be able to enjoy up to 81 different tapas, each showcasing the creativity and talent of the local chefs.
This event, which brings together the efforts of both the public and private sectors, is a great opportunity to discover the flavors of Roses and explore new corners of the city. Additionally, the light show at the Ginjolers stream, on March 28 and 29, will complete the experience with a touch of visual magic.
The 2024 edition served over 200,000 tapas, and the 2025 event is expected to be another huge success. Don’t miss it and experience this unique gastronomic adventure!
